The low profile and unassuming look of the Converse Chuck Taylor gets a completely modern makeover at the hands of Off-White founder, Virgil Abloh. This Off-White x Converse of stylish rendition showcases those industrial-inspired design influences which are synonymous with the brand.
“VULCANIZED” lettering comes planted across the midsole as a not-so subtle reference to that rubber coated technology. A translucent material extends across the upper with Converse print hitting the inner lining. This is visible through that clear white upper and makes this especially exclusive.
“SHOELACES” insignia is another homage to industrial design influences which is synonymous with the Off-White brand. A red coloured synthetic cable tie finishes the look – this can be removed but we’re guessing most sneakerheads will proudly keep this feature attached.
